You must tick the box at the bottom of this page to accept these terms
before becoming a member.

Our membership system has been set up to provide owners of registered Stallions a means of adding and changing their details on this site for the purposes of advertising.

Conditions of Membership

  • Registered breeders in Australia who wish to have their stallion appear in our stallion directory and must be registered with the appropriate Equine controlling authority.


  • Registered breeders outside of Australlia who wish to have their stallion appear in our stallion directory must be registered with the appropriate Equine controlling authority in their Country and have all relevent documentation and facilities to send frozen semen into Australia.


  • All stallions that you list on this site must be available at stud for the 2009/2010 breeding season OR 2010/2011 breeding season. You will also complete any documentation required by your Equine controlling authority to stand a stallion at stud.


  • Listings in the stallion directory is $49.95 per year for your first (Primary) listing and $9.95 per year for each extra listing thereafter (Secondary). In the event during the course of the year you delete your primary listing the next secondry listing due to expire will take its place.


  • You may create duplicate stallion profiles and added to other categories at no extra cost.


  • Directory listings will be displayed in the order that they are added to the web site.


  • Any information that is entered into our membership system must be accurate (to the best of your knowledge) and must not be misleading in any way.


  • Membership is for your sole use only. You cannot for example, list a stallion for another stud on your membership. They need to get their own membership. (If they do not have internet access, you are permitted to create a separate membership for them and manage it for them on their behalf).


  • By becoming a member, you agree to keep your details current (especially your email address).


  • You must sign in at least once every 6 months to ensure that the details that you have entered are still current. Failure to do this may result in your membership being deleted without further notice as we do not wish to have obsolete information on the site.


  • Multiple memberships of this site is not permitted and is not benificial in any way.


  • We reserve the right to alter or refuse any stallion directory listing at any time without prior notification.


  • Stud Stallions Australia reserves the right to delete or cancel a membership or directory listing if these Terms and Conditions has been breached in any way. No refund will be given. No correspondence will be entered into.


  • We reserve the right to change these conditions (or any paid advertising options) at any time in the future without individual notice to you.
